All safety design to be efficient integrates: technological security, operational safety and structural safety. All my designs respond to these principles.

​  Graduated from the Ministry of Defense in an exclusive discipline for security specialists, I analyze, diagnose and design the best solution alternatives to any criminal incident while guaranteeing a balanced return on investment with the selected solution.

Fundamental Objectives

  

• Protect the assets of any organization: its personnel, its production assets, and its information system.
  
  

• Preserve the continuity of the company, its resilience and with government organizations, its operational continuity, an essential resource for the community.

• Offer expert-legal coverage to mitigate the impact of any incident, maintaining the principle of confidentiality.

Judicial Party Expert

As Judicial Expert (Pto. Jud. TSJ- Mat. No. 1) I carry out:

• Public and private security reports that involve all the assets of the organization (digital and documentary information, people, goods) and / or electronic devices (cameras, alarms, perimeter fences, and other physical protection devices) for judicial presentation.
  
  
• Analysis of the incident and the scenario presented.
  
  
• I certify security facilities to conform to the principles that govern the different regulations and laws of the matter.

Design, Management, Administration and Project Management

 
​My tasks include the design of the security solution for protecting assets, the management and direction of the project working interdisciplinarity with the different representatives of the client, quality assurance and expert certification.

Risk Management and Evaluation

 
Any security implementation demands a “risk assessment”.
   Using computer systems, and working together with the client’s designated personnel, I develop the security model testing the real risks and vulnerabilities. This work allows defining the management policy to be assumed
for each risk-vulnerability detected.

​Physical Security System Design

 
 Based on the evaluation of risks, vulnerabilities and threats, I carry the design out according to the aforementioned guidelines, implementing perfectly adjusted physical protection systems to apply defense countermeasures against the threats detected.​

Security Policies and Procedures

  Implementation of security policies and procedures under international standards. The design of policies, adjusted to each organization, allows the effective management of the existing security system.
  It also supports you to correct any not allowed activity, verify compliance with the regulations and test the company’s processes to adjust them to the legal regulatory context. I articulate this work with the Safety regulations (ISO, AENOR, NFPA and OSHAS) and the area of the client company that deals with these tasks.

Security Planning

​ The architectural design of sites, locations and buildings requires the inclusion of physical security resources, prior to the development of the foreground to avoid costly re-engineering work and structural modifications. I do the security design with those responsible for its facilities and architects.

Preparation of RFQ/RFP

 

​Drafting of the technical specifications of the quotation requests for the security systems appropriate to your company, together with the conditions of the tender / price contest according to the budgetary and technological framework.​

Security Training

  Training for:

• Managers
• Supervisors
• Camera observers
• Company Safety (HSE) staff

   
The training allows to expect incidents and raise awareness to proceed against theft, information management, confidentiality, workplace violence and other business risks.

Security of Municipalities and Private Neighborhoods (Wide Area Security)

​  My experience, which includes from various closed neighborhoods to a city, allowed me to merge an efficient and agile working and design method.
   In all cases I work multi-stage or segmented projects to align gradually the tasks and equipment with the final aim without budgetary imbalances.

  

Documentary Information Security

  Protection of the documentary information system, its dissemination in the company, the connected devices and documentary norms and procedures of non-digitized information.
   The impact of these crimes is always high since they affect intellectual property, confidentiality, information about personnel, the security system itself and sensitive information of the organization such as agreements and contracts.
