The new Fiscal Deposit emphasizes the logistics transit directed to the Vaca Muerta Oilfield. I carried the project out under the regulations and legal and expert conditions established by the AFIP-Customs: the video-security system, video-control, access control systems and the data link system to operate 24x7x365 days.
Also included in the project, the design of the interior and exterior lighting system, which also makes safety, under the technical regulations in force to date.

The risk analysis, carried out jointly with the Chief of Base, Information Technology and Architects, included: internal and external security cameras, access controls, laser barriers throughout the perimeter, emergency alert system and standardization of the power supply system. |
I standardized the power grid through solar panels and developed with my technical team wireless solutions to move the equipment at will: wireless emergency systems were first designed in Argentina and I design the interface for adapting laser perimeter barriers so they were also wireless. |

Design of a project for city surveillance with the adequate defense counter-measures and crime deterrence in the city.
The end results were 117 Dome Cameras HD with 48x zoom with automatic follow of vehicles and persons, two monitoring centers 24/7/365 equipped with seven video-walls each other and their respective operating procedures. I designed Camera network interconnection with Motorola Canopy and fiber optics. I added thirty-five 4 Megapixels fixed cameras in order to custody schools and hospitals permanently and I selected an NVR for 256 cameras and a storage of 128 Terabytes with 256 Terabytes of video/image storage to compliment law obligations. I included a system for remote monitoring the system from system engineers with redundant servers to mitigate vulnerabilities in the observer's installations (vandalization). After all this design, included the interconnection of the Office of Civil Defense (similar to FEMA in the States) and the Central Police Station of the city constantly connected to the system. |

To solve insider problems and standard crime situations, I designed an integrated electronic system that included CCTV, network components and help control devices. I placed these units in 8 branches placed in two counties Neuquén and Rio Negro. I transmitted The video images and help data to the central HR offices in Neuquén Capital 24/7/365. The main problem was to standardize the transmission protocols between 8 different Internet suppliers, normalize energy provision through powerful UPS (in Patagonia the voltages are rarely stable). At the same time I planned to buy an integration software for receiving and account all the information. The project was successful in every aspect and accomplished with a very low budget. |
Achahuall Poultry Farm - Plottier - Neuquén

The production buildings of this farm are very huge for being protected accordingly (2 acres). They required a security design that covered insider threats and outsider threats so I designed a combination of CCTV equipment, alarms, laser perimeter barriers and security lightning for dissuasive purposes.
Through a vulnerability analysis and vehicles transit analysis inside de farm determined the installation of twenty cameras HD (one varifocal) and three digital PTZ cameras of 30x. Two NVR controlled the CCTV system and two alarm systems controlled the different barns with digital quad sensors because temperature variations and animal movements. Inside the farm, 1 mile of laser beam barriers protects the intrusion of thieves and vandals, very common in Patagonia. To enforce the dissuasion power installed led spotlights of great power bulletproof that illuminate 130 yards each one. |

Antares Patagonia Hotel - San Martín de los Andes - Neuquén

The luxurious hotel Antares, placed at yards of the lake Lacar in San Martín de los Andes, with an annex complex of cabins presented serious vulnerabilities from inside and outside because of its particular architecture. Added to this, this international hotel received VIP tourists and must protect them, their personnel and administrative employees. Also, the activities are a valuable cause their historic value. For this project designed a solution of 16 NCTV varifocal cameras with infrared illuminators, monitored from inside the hotel and from the police station through Internet. I program the controlling software for movement detection automatically since an hour in particular. The climate in San Martín is very harsh, specially during autumn and winter (rain, white wind and dense snow) so the installation must be IP67. Also added led lights around strategic positions to dissuade any intruders. |
Official Residence of the Governor of the Province of Neuquén - Neuquén City

In the center of Neuquén City lives the Governor and Vice-Governor official residence. Its extension reach two acres and, inside the premises there is a Police Station dedicated to protecting the officials, authorities and VIP visitors that daily arrive at this place. The level of security that this site demanded was a top level. No chance of failure or place to assumptions. Vulnerability and threat analysis no admitted excuses specially because there was an intrusion a pair of weeks ago but without consequences. I opted for a design that considered protection in depth, combining a network of surveillance cameras, an alternative electricity supply, security bulletproof lightning and a partitioned intrusion alarm with 180 degrees sensors. The main problem lived in the great vulnerability of the place (houses, meeting rooms, conference rooms, a pair of recreational areas and a heliport). The design included thirty HD cameras with movement detection and infrared illumination, double power injection (external and POE) and eleven led bulletproof projectors strategically placed. Also, additional at the internal monitoring of the facilities applied an external monitoring for emergencies operating 24/7/365. I protected all the network cameras against vandalism with iron cages. |

Slaughter House Industrial complex ´SR´ - Neuquén

I develop this project mainly for stopping insiders causing different frauds and operations failures, as the time passed, the system could stop an external trespass and a robbery avoiding serious consequences. There were a lot of factors: cargo trucks getting inside the establishment continuously, insiders from contractors circulating at every place and in late or early hours, the beef meat valorization minutes before being dispatched and these with an internal climate of 90 percent of humidity and temperatures between 44 and 50 degrees all the time. According to these conditions designed CCTV system with a star architecture, watertight conduits and a power source isolated from the main power supply the freezers always affected that. I designed 16 professional cameras with motorized auto-iris strategically positioned HD operating 24/7/365. I distributed the VMS to strategic personnel, including HR to control the production and dispatching and other industrial processes. |
Frontera Andina: Complex of Cottages- Caviahue - Neuquén

I apply a discreet disposition of network cameras cause it's a zone that receive plenty of tourists and snowboard athletes, specially from the States and is the security is a top level. But thieves and vandalism in summer is usual, so a combined NCTV with the cabins complex and two other properties placed 1 mile from it where interconnected. The project demanded 17 cameras, 14 led projectors bulletproof, 2 high frequency transmission antennas and a WiFi central place for the complex that covered an area of 1/2 mile. I could see all the cameras from inside or outside the complex giving full control of what's happening inside it. All the tasks where developed under different climate conditions: rain, extreme wind, snow and freezing rain. |

La Zagala: Closed neighborhood - Neuquén

After doing a risk assessment and calculating the various vulnerabilities indexes that characterized this ample zone, I determined the serious security problems because there was not a dedicated guard service, no security protocols at all and a lot of houses in process of building (plenty of insiders from foreign workers).
The task implied 11 security sub-projects that included from biometric control for vehicles access, 2 biometric control for passer-by residents and visits, a security protocol, 16 laser barriers, 27 NCTV cameras of different according to the geographic characteristics of the neighborhood, 4 microwaves links -for the NCTV system and the access control system-, two alarm systems of high security and, the refurbish of the power supply, specially for the security control systems. The camera controls lived on a VMS that protected with cybersecurity tools and methods to merge an integral solution with little vulnerabilities. In case that outsiders enter the protected perimeter the systems are capable of operate remotely. The plan concluded after 1,5 years of teamwork. |
Oilfield Services: Calfrac Well Services - Neuquén

This Canadian company, only dedicated to fracking services needed a design of an electronic security system design that covered his base within a perimeter of 1 mile. I designed an integrated security infrastructure that included networked access control systems for their offices, storehouses and mechanics workshops. One PTZ camera with 48x zoom, 16 microwaves access points, backup power supplies. At the same time I included an emergency system applying a network of wireless push-buttons/sirens/strobe lights that converged in a central control point dedicated specially to security and safety tasks. Added to this protection system, included a laser barrier that covered all the perimeter in eleven continuous subsections of control stations. I planned the teamwork with four technicians working during one year. |

Provincial Automotive Registry - Neuquén

To solve the serious security deficiencies that public offices suffer in Neuquén was the call to design a security system. After the vulnerability assessment there were a lot of gaps that must be covered immediately. Starting with the information system infrastructure, applied cybersecurity in every information processing equipment, redesigning the communication and the alarm system of all I replaced the alarm system of all the offices to a digital one of last generation grade 3. Six stages compound the project in six stages: NCTV with 16 digital cameras controlling all the offices, access control to all the offices and biometric access and personnel control, replacing of all the electrical infrastructure and adding backup power supplies, a system of barcodes to identify every document that circulate in the offices and document/media destroyers in every office (OPSEC). Added to this I interconnected permanently the Provincial Register to the National Register, merging a fluent interchange of information and documentation through electronic encrypted communications. I completed The complete project in only 4 months with six technicians, a supervisor and who writes as the designer of the solution and controller of the entire project. |
Senior Citizens Nursing Home: Hogar Hermanita de los Pobres

A Religious Congregation born in France and created by Sta. Juana Jugan operates as a nursing home for elderly persons who need constant attention. This congregation suffered an intrusion by a drug addict and I installed, at first, a protection system and a security protocol to dissuade these events. I designed a CCTV HD system covering the perimeter. I order to install twelve cameras and a special conditioned office I prepared a special conditioned office with monitors and a computer. This was a non-profit project and developed entirely with no costs to the congregation. |
